St. Louis, MO, January 5, 2022 - Ryvit & Extracker Join Forces to Help Construction Companies get Extra Work Processed and Closed Faster

As part of a series of new partnerships signed in Q4 2021, Ryvit is proud to name Extracker as the latest point solution to join the Ryvit Integration Network. Extracker will leverage Ryvit’s iPaaS to accelerate adoption of the industry’s only Change Order Communication Platform.

The first integration planned will be Extracker <> Sage 100 Contractor, and will include data flow for jobs, cost codes, cost types, and change orders. Design plans for this integration are already underway, and its official release is planned for Q1 2022.

Extracker exists to help the [construction] industry get extra work processed and closed faster to reduce risk, waste less time, and strengthen relationships. We know that building integrations with the systems of record that companies use internally will be critical for us as we look to fulfill our mission. Ryvit’s iPaaS will ensure we can complete the true end-to-end COR process from Sub to GC and GC to Owner without ever having to rely on email, excel or carbon copy.

Adding Extracker as a strategic partner on the Ryvit Integration Network is particularly exciting because the solutions they’ve built will help further diversify the offerings that GCs and Subs can find on our platform. In our effort to help accelerate the use and adoption of technology in AEC, we’ve been actively looking for products and solutions that have a proven track record to drive change for their customers. There’s no doubt in my mind that Extracker will drive significant value for our growing customer base.

Early Adopter Program

Extracker and Ryvit are actively accepting inquiries for our early adopter program for the Sage 100 Contractor integration. Qualified and accepted early adopters will be asked to provide feedback on product performance and will be granted commensurate discounts for participation.

Successful early adopters will be industry-leading general contractors that are already actively leveraging Sage 100 Contractor as their ERP and are pursuing automation to help reduce headaches as they pertain to cumbersome change order processes.

To get a sneak peek at the data map, learn more about how the integration for Sage 100 Contractor will work, or inquire about the early adopter program, please fill out this interest form.

Ryvit has deployed the first iPaaS for AEC to version-forward dataflow in construction. Ryvit’s iPaaS is the backbone by which Owners, Architects, Engineers, Developers, GCs, Subs, and Service Providers can share pertinent project information securely and immediately.

There is no shortage of fantastic tools for every facet of running a successful AEC business. And those tools can point to some incredible ROI results with their case studies. What we have found, however, is that without a centralized hub to build and maintain dataflow between those tools, AEC companies are forced to spend their ROI on building an IT department that’s capable of maintaining data-integrity. As a result, gains from becoming more productive remain elusive.

By leveraging Ryvit’s iPaaS to build a robust integration profile around core tools, solution providers can massively increase speed to market, keep overhead low, and focus on the core competencies that make their tools standout from the pack.

Extracker is a construction software company built by construction professionals. Our mission is to help make the construction industry more efficient by using technology to better communicate project costs between companies. Extracker was purpose-built for the construction industry based on boots-on-the-ground, real-world industry experience. While our industry builds amazing things, there’s significant room for improvement.

The biggest challenge we’ve set out to tackle is the way out-of-contract work (Change Orders) is communicated between project stakeholders. Stop settling for time-consuming, inefficient processes. Stop assuming that Change Orders have to be maddening. Stop accepting project overruns as normal.

We give subcontractors the tools to eliminate paper, email and excel from the Change Order and T&M Process, drastically increasing the speed and clarity in which project costs are recognized and collected from the field.

We give General Contractors a shared digital Change Order log where they can confidently login and see their complete cost exposure, in real-time, from all subcontractors.

And ultimately, we give Owners the peace of mind that their project costs are being tracked in real time, reducing the risk of surprise overruns and giving them the ability to make informed, value-based decisions.
